Terms of Service for Free Movies Hub

By using the Service you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 14; your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

The Service lets you browse a catalogue of movies and videos and watch them for free. Video playback is provided through third-party platforms (primarily YouTube); we do not host, store, or upload the underlying video files. We provide catalogue metadata, organisation, and a viewing interface.

The Service is supported by advertising (see Section 9) and does not require you to create an account, register, or pay to watch. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not directed to children, has no age gate, and includes third-party advertising and content that may not be suitable for children.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• copy, download (except as expressly permitted by the relevant platform), redistribute, publicly perform, or commercially exploit any content available through the Service;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with advertising, security, or access-control features of the Service;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to access the Service or its data except as permitted by our robots.txt;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
• introduce malware or otherwise disrupt, overburden, or impair the Service or the networks connected to it;
• use the Service to infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms (see Section 13).

The Service, including its interface, design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Free Movies Hub and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Movie and video content, posters, and thumbnails are the property of their respective owners and are made available through third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms transfers to you any ownership of, or rights in, the Service or any content, except the limited licence in Section 4. “Free Movies Hub” and the branded app names and logos are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written permission.

We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and expect users and content sources to do the same. Because video content is provided through third-party platforms, copyright complaints about a video should generally be directed to the platform hosting it (for example, YouTube).

If you believe content surfaced through the Service infringes your copyright and wish to notify us, send a written notice to support@freemovieshub.net including: (a) your contact information; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the material and its location within the Service; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on the rights-holder’s behalf; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. We will respond to valid notices, which may include removing links to the material from the Service.

The Service integrates and links to third-party services, including YouTube/Google (video playback and thumbnails) and our advertising provider (ZEASN / Whale Player). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, including Google’s Terms of Service and the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service.

The Service is free and supported by advertising, including pre-roll video ads and advertising/measurement tags. By using the Service you agree that we and our advertising partners may display ads and process technical and device information as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to interfere with or block the delivery of ads as a condition of the free licence in Section 4.

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any particular content will be available, accurate, or remain accessible. Your use of the Service is at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Free Movies Hub and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Free Movies Hub and its partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service, our users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 10, 11, 12, 15, and 16) will survive.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the Service. Material changes take effect when posted unless stated otherwise. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Free Movies Hub is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Free Movies Hub regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
